• Veritas cluster and VVR
• Veritas volume manager
• Creating & running administrative language scripts
• Active Directory and exchange
• LAN concepts with experience with leading technologies

3-4 years’ experience is required

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outcome of infrastructure readiness for the data center migration
• Translates the data center migration program charter into infrastructure program high level scope, planning and execution of resources from Infrastructure
• Mitigates the risk of migrating the infrastructure across planning and execution of the migration
• Adapts Bundle Sequencing templates & process for Wave Migrations
• Thinks creatively about migration options
• Facilitates joint planning with the data centre program in the early stages of program formation
• Assists with schedule and cost forecasting
• Provides governance and oversight of all Infrastructure Readiness projects and activities
• Executes designated infrastructure program governance activities
• Oversees program closure initiatives

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IT/Telecom and network infrastructures
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Methods and Procedures for equipment deployments
• Ensure collaborative integration across IT, Engineering, Power Engineering and Facilities in support of deployments
• Manage third party vendors for installation support on an as needed basis
• Maintain deployment schedules throughout project lifecycle
• Required to work autonomously being vigilant in the completion of assigned projects and able to adjust to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
